I am Carolina, graduated in tourism management with a masters degree in English-Spanish translation and another one in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. I have extensive experience in giving individual, group and online classes in Spanish, English and German. I have lived in the UK and Germany for 12 years being totally fluent in both languages.
Being a Spanish native and bilingual in English means I know how to approach a new language from your mother tongue perspective -whether this is English or German-, as someone who has lived and worked in both countries, I know what is really important and useful, as well as the culture.

Languages are not so difficult, however they are badly taught, focusing on grammar even if what allows you to communicate is a more practical and realistic approach.
Before the first class, I offer a free tutorial to analyze the student´s needs and materials and work from there. Sometimes you also have to work on frustration (I am not capable) or prejudice (people will laugh at me) It is not about what I know, but about what you need: conversation, vocabulary, improving your listening skills or exam preparation, courses for companies, etc.
