Hello, My name is Teacher Maria. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I am also a Professional License Teacher. I have acquired a 120 TEFL certificate.
I have been an ESL/EFL teacher for one year. I helped these Asian students improve their English grammar, writing, reading, speaking/conversation, listening, vocabulary, and idiomatic expression. I love teaching English because I meet new friends, learn about their culture, and life experience. I enjoy making lesson plans, activities, and worksheets that are suitable for their levels.
My technique in teaching is through discussion, storytelling, word map, picture interpretation, questioning, etc. I give feedback so you would know your mistakes and where you will excel.
I will use books, PowerPoint, and the internet like newspapers, readers digest as a learning resource.
