My name is Maria and i have vast educational experience in adullts and teenagers ages 12-50 as a supply teacher in London and Athens.
My learning path in teaching started at the age of 18 where i decided to study French Language and Literature.
Also, i have followed an online Tefl course for Teaching English to non-native speakers and one year course in General Linguistics.
My teaching materials are changing constantly depending on the needs of my student and the weaknesses or strengths that they are facing.
Usually, i prefer the method of exposure and self-correction which enables the student to choose his or her way of dealing with his/her confidence as language is an inner way of expression and as a mental process is based on multiple factors.
I tend to provide group of specific words and discuss the relevant topic which also attracts the attention of my student and how he/she/they can develop their own approach in the foreign language that they are being taught.
