Hi everybody!
My name is Flavia, I am a young and motivated teacher of Italian as a foreign language. Languages have always been a great passion for me, because thanks to languages it's possible to get in touch with other cultures. After travelling and studying languages in university, I've started teaching Italian in reception centers for asylum seekers and later on in schools and cultural associations.
In my opinion, teaching a foreign language should respond to the specific needs of the learner, give tools to the human need for communication and make it possible to relate to different ways of thinking. Perhaps not by chance, you can say that "a language is a window to the world".
I usually use school textbooks but also texts adapted from everyday life and web resources.
