Hello!
My name is Roua and I am from Córdoba, Spain. I graduated in Hispanic Philology and have been a spanish teacher for 2 years, when I started my master's degree in teaching Spanish as a foreign language (or ELE). I am a volunteer in two pro-immigrant associations, as a Spanish teacher for children, adolescents and adults and as a Spanish-Arabic translator. I also taught Spanish at Shandong University (China) and I teached more than 200 Preply lessons to students from all over the world.
My method is to combine Spanish grammar, conversation and culture:
- To teach grammar, I use theory books and written exercises. Let's lose the fear of the conjugation of verbs and the subjunctive!
- To teach conversation skills, I use flashcards and digital resources. Here the real use of Spanish will be our priority.
- To teach Spanish culture, I use newspaper texts, tweets, WhatsApp messages, History books, etc. We will adapt to your personal interests.
