- Manages the financial aspects of the Youth Program operation.
- Meets with the Cruise Director and staff, to review the requirements of the cruise activities and time frames. Reviews schedules to estimate time and staff requirements to ensure coverage.
- Maintains a high degree of “floor presence” to observe the operations and to maximize security and safety issues while providing an entertaining and age appropriate environment.
