My name is Alexandra and I was born and grown up in Paris. After linguistic high school, I was accepted to Louvre Museum school and the Sorbonne University where I was graduated in History of Art before moving to Rome where I was graduated in Archeology at La Sapienza University. French is my mothertongue, I teached it from 2009 in addition to my work in turism. I had the possibility to be part of Upter (Università popolare di Roma) where I teached french from A1 to B2 level and I often worked as extra tutoring for students from the French school of Rome Chateaubriand. Last years, I created specific courses for who works in turism or cultural sector.
I try to create custom-made lessons for each student. Usually my lessons are divided in two parts. The first part is about grammar and spelling, that’s essential for learning process. The second part is dedicated to comprehension and conversation. In that way it’s possible to work on pronunciation and practice on grammar, meanwhile speak about French culture. My basics are the books written by Maia Grégoire (ed. CLE International) and the textbook “Latitudes” (ed. Didier) used by the French cultural center of Rome “Saint Louis des Français” too. Furthermore I like to search texts, podcast and video to give for each student the best support than I can.
