Experienced Dutch teacher speaking Italian, Spanish and Portuguese

Hello, my name is Rignald Ietswaart. I am a Dutch native speaker and I currently live in Florence.
I have a Bachelor in Italian language and culture and a Master of Arts in modern languages and linguistics.
Learning and teaching languages is my profession, my hobby and my passion. I speak several languages, like Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
For the past 13 years I have been teaching Dutch and Italian as a private teacher individually and to small groups. I have had students from different nationalities and of different ages and professions. In the past 6 years I have been teaching online for several language schools.
My approach is usually based on the student’s level and needs and therefore it is personalized. In general the main focus is on oral exercises in order to achieve correct pronunciation, which in turn will allow the student to comprehend the spoken language faster and feel more comfortable.
My approach is comparable to that of a child learning to speak, hence the main idea is that the student learns grammatical rules by reading simple texts. My lessons consist of a balanced mixture of grammar, reading, conversation and exercises
