Det var en fantastisk og interessant tid med Tove. Jeg har lært meget og nu jeg kan taler meget bedre dansk!

Tove is amazing! I started on Duolingo 1.5 years ago and I could not start a normal conversation. Tove helped me with the pronunciation, with grammar, with the Danish culture, she gave me many children's adventures to read (I like them) and, suddenly, I spoke Danish after 12 Danish lessons! I now work in Denmark and everyone says my Danish (pronunciation / grammar / vocabulary) is very good. Sa Tove is my 'language angel'. There is a clear structure in each lesson: first we talk about something, then we do some grammar exercises and read a little. She also almost always does a listening exercise with new words from the last lesson and the topic is often about my life. Very convenient! She is always interested in you and what you experience. She can also well understand what you mean if you can not find the right expression, so there is never "a dead moment" in the lesson. It was a nice experience! I can recommend Tove to anyone who wants to practice Danish!

Tove er fantastisk! Jeg startede pa Duolingo for 1.5 ar siden og jeg kunne ikke starte en normal samtale. Tove hjalp mig med udtalen, med grammatik, med den danske kultur, hun gav mig mange børneventyr til at læse (jeg kan godt lide dem) og, pludselig, jeg snakkede dansk efter 12 dansktimer! Jeg arbejder nu i Danmark og alle siger min dansk (udtale/grammatik/ordforrad) er meget god. Sa Tove er min 'sprogengel'. Der en klar struktur i hver lektion: først vi snakker om noget, derefter vi gør nogle grammatikøvelser og læser lidt. Hun laver ogsa næsten altid en lytteøvelse med nye ord fra den sidste lektion og emnet handler tit om mit liv. Meget praktisk! Hun er altid interesseret i dig og hvad du oplever. Hun kan ogsa godt forsta hvad du mener hvis du kan ikke finde den rigtige udtryk, sa der er aldrig "et dødt øjeblik" i lektionen. Det var en hyggelig oplevelse! Jeg kan anbefale Tove til alle som vil gerne øve sig i dansk!

About 4 months ago I started taking lessons with Tove, and started from absolute scratch, I didn't know a single danish word. Now through the helpful and "hyggelig" lessons, I have reached the point where I can understand quite a bit of danish and have a simple conversation. We have little conversations at the start of every lesson and I really notice my danish slowly improving and being able to understand more and more of Tove's danish. Tove is really a lovely person, with whom you can always have a laugh and is clearly very enthusiastic about teaching danish, I love that. For instance, she made me custom lytteøvelse (listening excersises) multiple times about just the things I like. She is very patient and, like someone already mentioned, focusses on the difficult aspects of the danish language, which for me is definitely the pronunciation. She doesn't mind explaining things multiple times if i forgot or if i didn't understand it the first time. Så Tove, mange tak for dine lektioner. I'm looking forward to the next one.

All the lessons with Tove that I have had so far were very good and interesting . I appreciate calm and patient approach and focusing on difficult parts of the language, mainly pronunciation, in a simple, clear and interesting way. I feel that I´m improving wich is also very motivating for continue learning. I´m always looking forward to the next lesson. Tak skal du hav. Zdeněk.
