This entails the effective and efficient use of the chat box to correct grammar, teaching and guiding ESL students by conducting booked or sudden lessons on provided online platforms, conducting classes in a professional structure and manner and providing feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, or build confidence in students.
