• Managed all Social Media outlets (Facebook, Instagram); • Maintained responsibility for the pre-production, production, and post- production of video clips and visuals to be placed on social media platforms; • Spearhead the design and dissemination of promotional advertisements and brochure to stimulate interest in and awareness of upcoming events; • Managed and promoted the monthly newsletter of the NGO by writing, editing, and proofreading articles about human rights, climate justice, and youth work; • Responsible for the preparation and communication (preparing selection emails, dealing with replying to participants and solving subsequent issues) of the trainings the NGO organized in Austria, Finland, Italy and Germany;
