Teaching to many privates to reach personal goals
Examples: in a few months, a student learnt to write in italian without mistakes, starting from a point where she felt uncomfortable and was slow when writing emails). Within a school, I have been able to fill language gaps in students who were weak in some Grammar basics and demotivated towards the language. Slowly, in a couple of months, they started liking it and putting an effort in understanding and studying the language.
