The courses I completed were: Trinity CertTESOL and Cambridge CELT-P.
I was a teacher in training on a six month program which took me to a different school every week, at various locations around Austria (and some schools in Slovenia), which resulted in teaching an age range of 8-22.
I was exposed to mixed L1 classes and many different nationalities. This in combination with the traveling I've done means I am very patient and aware of what certain languages might struggle with in English.
During my time in Austria I learnt and implemented various techniques for communicative teaching, such as CLIL, TBL, TPR and CLT.
I have the ability to evaluate, use and adapt various lesson material according to the needs of the students.

I have taught English to a variety of students (companies, schools, in-house students) at a variety of levels, including Cambridge First and General English A1-C1. I have implemented communicative teaching methods into face to face and online teaching (via Zoom platform). I made a swift adaption to online teaching due to the covid-19 situation and maintained a dynamic, communicative learning experience.
I have had two years of teaching Cambridge First (FCE), with additional experience of PET and CAE.
I have crafted General English lessons to individuals or groups at various companies according to the needs of the students. Due to the higher levels in some classes, I have explored and implemented different types of communicative lessons, often using authentic material and conversational methods to then focus on emergent language, intonation and advanced structures.
