Hallo, mijn naam is Dean en ik ben een 23-jarige student uit Zuid-Afrika. Ik studeer momenteel BSc Psychologie en ik ben er dol op.
De afgelopen 5 jaar heb ik af en toe les gegeven in Engelse en wiskunde aan kinderen van 5 tot 17 jaar. Ik heb een jaar als docent voor Kumon gewerkt, en ik heb in het verleden en momenteel les gegeven privélessen zowel online als persoonlijk.
Ik ben een rustige en geduldige leraar en geef graag les aan studenten van alle leeftijden. Ik gebruik niet één lesmethode voor alle leerlingen, omdat ik heb ontdekt dat verschillende methoden voor verschillende studenten werken.
Ik ben erg vriendelijk tegen mijn studenten en neem hun opleiding serieus.

I do one on one English and Math lessons to children of all ages, from all backgrounds. I have taught mostly in person, but more recently because of the COVID situation I have taught online as well.
The work I do with the students usually involves helping them with school and homework, and in most cases areas were the struggle as well.
I also bring my own material to work through the the students when we are done with that.

I was an English and Math teacher to students of all ages, from different schools and different backgrounds.
I was responsible for working with up to 10 students at a time, overseeing their work, keeping discipline and helping where ever necessary. When a student needed extra help I was also responsible for giving that. My work included going through daily English and Math work with the students, prescribed t by Kumon, marking homework, testing students and communication with the parents, as well as some smaller duties as well.
