I was the founder and owner of a pioneering vegan ice cream factory for almost 20 years. In our best years, we were avaiable in almost 900 Albert Heijn stores with up to 6 of our flavours. As an entrepreneur dealing with many people on a daily basis, and managing teams of very different individuals, the transfer of knowledge, i.e. teaching was an important part of my life.
