As a teacher I prepared students to take the Cambridge Exams (B1, B2, C1) as well as IELTS. I also taught English to children from 3-8 through games.
As a director/owner of the academy (since 2016) I had to organise all the students into groups, talk to parents, take care of the contability. I also had five other teachers working for me at the academy, meaning this, having meetings with them, solving any problem they encountered and helping them to learn about new methodologies.
