Teaching Practice under my Varsity

For every year you complete it has to be followed through by time in teaching practice for my end of first year it was 3 weeks, then in second year it was 1 month and in my final year it was 6 months. This made me grow as an individual and made me see where are my shortcomings. I worked under different schools and different mentor teachers so every experience was significant. I had to allow challanges come my way and find solutions for all sorts of problems. It has made me resiliant and eager to go out there and be more uncomfortable so I may learn more. We should always remeber that we do not grow in places of comfortability ,you need to go out there and learn.
