• Physical and distance (online) teaching and delivery of instructions. • Interact with students in a professional manner, offering constructive, encouraging, and timely feedback. • Design and plan teaching materials that meets content and curriculum standards. • Encourage reflective, complex thinking, participation, and discussion by all students. • Quickly identify and address problems with course content or technology. • Ensure collaboration amongst all students during all lessons. • Create, compile and analyze assessments (formative and Summative) for the improvement of both the student and teacher. • Respond and reflect with personalized comments on students written assignment, classwork etc. • Provides individualized small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student and subgroups of students. • Evaluates academic and social growth of students, prepares report cards, and keeps accurate attendance and grade records. • Actively monitor and track individual student progress and provide direction and assistance as needed. • Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior for a productive learning environment. • Communicates with parents, team leaders, and school counselors on student progress. • Create a classroom environment that is safe, fun, inspiring, conducive for learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students - positive leaning classroom. • Participate in staff development activities that improve job-related skills and professional growth. • Participate in faculty events and serve on staff committees as required. • Demonstrate knowledge of content and pedagogy. • Perform certain pastoral duties including student support and counseling on academic problems. • Enforce school rules and policies. • Attend staff meetings and training session
