Stefania's way

My name is Stefania, I'm 35 years old and I've been teaching English/doing private classes for almost ten years.
It is fundamental for me to understand the starting level of the customer firstly established by an interview. In general I reckon that it is important for the teacher to have a verbal conversation in English since the beginning, in order to not underrate any of the linguistic aspects facilitating the listening, the comprehension,the translation,and, first of all the speaking.
I do my best to personalize the lesson and make it enjoyable, in order to make the customer active and opened to new knoweledges.
