I would integrate scenarios when the student feels ready is to role-play and he or she will imagine they are working in the industry as employees or workers in the hospital, hotel, and restaurant. This way they can be attuned to what is expected of them in customer relations settings. Another method to communicate with others is the social media by posting comments on Facebook, Wiki spaces, and Twitter.
