Hi! I've been teaching English in Spain for the last 3 years and have lots of experience with Cambridge official exams (Pre A1- C1), conversation classes, help with General English and CLIL.

My teaching style is student-centered and tailored to your needs and goals. There's always plenty of talking time to practice any new grammar and vocabulary to focus on fluency and accuracy, as well as building confidence to naturally practice your new skills in conversation. I attended linguistic high school and later obtained a degree in English and Spanish as a cultural mediator in the forensic sector. Languages have always been my passion, in fact I have done various jobs as a translator and interpreter at trade fairs or conferences. I also did some experience abroad, living in a host family, precisely in England, Germany and Spain. I love multicultural contexts in which you can have the opportunity to meet many people of various cultures and speak different languages, because I consider it as an approach between the many cultures that exist. As languages are my biggest passion, for five years I have been teaching English, Spanish and, if necessary, also German. I always try to keep the classes informal and relaxed. It's important that the students like the class, and that they feel comfortable. That results in progress, and that's exactly what we want.
The focus is on conversation (so pronunciation!) and understanding but also reading and writing are important to improve active vocabulary.
Now grammar is also important to understand the structure of a language, but I only touch grammar when needed, so that depends a lot on the level (from A1 to C2).
For lower-level students who still need some native language in class, I speak fluently Spanish, Dutch and some German and French.
