First a bit about myself:
I am Arthur and I live in Gent. More than a year ago I made a career switch from being a digital consultant to teaching Dutch for non Dutch speakers. Now I can say this is the best decision I made in my life. I became a Dutch Language Trainer at the Nederlandse Academie, a school in Brussels that is specialized in the Dutch language.
These are my tasks:

*Organising Dutch animation afternoons
For the period of 6 months I also was the pedagogical and HR coordinator of the school.
My goal in a private course is to really focus on the needs of every specific student and to adapt my classes as much as possible to his/her wishes. The first course is important to detect your needs and objectifs. From there on we can treat different topics. Talking about various subjects, explaining difficult grammar topics, improve the structure of your sentences, really focusing on your working field, discussing articles,... Everything is possible.

Hi! My name is Federica, and I am a certified teacher of Italian as a foreign language.
I have 3 + years of experience as a teacher, and I have also been a translator/proofreader for almost three decades. I can speak English, a bit of German, French and Spanish, as well as very, very basic Swedish. In short, I know just how it feels to be a learner of a foreign language, too!

WHAT I OFFER:
Online French as a second language (FSL) courses for all levels, preparation for official exams (DELF, DALF, TCF), correction of academic work, translations, preparation for job interviews or public speeches. I also teach Spanish, as I speak it fluently and know about teaching techniques.
MY METHODOLOGY:
I focus on the student, my priority. First I find out what they know, and what their objectives and motivations are. Next, we define together a way forward. Thus, my classes are customized, and based on every student’s needs.
